So I guess this is an update.

Yep, I have a job. It's actually full time. I wasn't expecting that. That does mean I'll make good money. I sweep floors and stuff. And the oil changes, and puttin on new tires and shuttling cars and customers everywhere, and picking up parts, and helping out all the real mechanics. It's actually a job I really enjoy. I'm learnin a lot about the business. I'm apprenticing for Bob, who's pretty cool. I also help out Miguel, the "hispanic mechanic," and the other guy, Dave. The boss guy's name is Rocky. He's pretty cool, he's owned the place since the 60's and stuff. V&R stands for Vito [his brother] and Rocky. Yep, it's pretty sweet. Except for the having to be there at like 7:30 every morning. That part kinda wears on me. But I do get out at 3:30 every day, so it isn't so bad. Yeah, that's what I do all day now. Then after work, if I'm still awake enough to move, I sometimes stay up there in the Elmhurst area and hang out with my friend Joe, his girlfriend Jenni, and her best friend Missy. It's quite fun. I can't wait for my first check. I've realized something. Anything I put my mind to, I can prettymuch master. Except for women. Cause that's just unpossible.

Is there anything to tell you guys? Hmmm...not really. I'm coming to the realization that I'm a hopeless romantic, I guess that's new. Yeah, that's about it.
